After the fruit is extracted and used to make jams and juices, the nuts are spread out in the sun to dry, then the blonde kernels are selected and cold pressed through a state of the art stainless steel filtration system.Marula oil is ten times more stable to oxidation than olive oil and it contains a high percentage of fatty acids and antioxidants.
