What is your shipping policy?
We ship all of our orders (even Amazon orders!) from our little spa in Bolinas, CA. We use USPS Priority Shipping with tracking and insurance. Most orders ship within two days, and we promise they will be shipped within four days. If there is any reason we can’t ship your order in that time frame , we’ll contact you. At the moment, we only ship domestic (including Hawai’i) for international orders please contact us directly.
APPLE PAY - WHERE DO I ENTER MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
When using Apple Pay at checkout, your shipping address will be pulled from your Apple Pay addresses. You can change the address in the Apple Pay pop up or in the settings of your phone.
can i use more than one discount code?
Yes! You can use one discount code that applies to a percentage or dollar amount off your purchase and one free or discounted shipping code at the same time! So if you’re buying items during a 20% off sale and also qualify for free shipping, use both codes!
Is your skin care organic?
Over 80% of the ingredients in our products are from Organic Farming. You can find these in bold on each label and on the ingredient list on their product pages here on the site. Our organic ingredients are certified by ECOCERT Greenlife according to ECOCERT Standard. All of our ingredients are ethically sourced from the beautiful wide world. We choose natural, organic, and wholesome ingredients for every one of our products. We do not use parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances, synthetic colors, or other harsh ingredients in our formulas, ever.
Do you test on animals?
No! We are Leaping Bunny certified, we only test on willing humans! Most of our products are even edible.
What’s your return policy?
Because we create products that are used on your face, we only accept returns on unopened packages. Please choose your colors for makeup carefully! Once they’re open and used we can’t take them back. If you want help picking the right color or product just get in touch.
How do I order wholesale?
